Having a dose of Vitamin C in this season of cold and rain is important to combat or prevent colds. Although there are many sources of Vitamin C that we can take or eat I prefer the taste of freshly-squeezed orange juice. Hubby prefers orange juice than any other fruit juices and he’s more likely to buy processed orange juice. Always have it in the fridge.
Everytime he takes a glass of processed juice he’ll always ask me if I want some. And I’m quick to say no, then he’ll start ranting about how tasteful it is and that it’s good to have some Vitamin C. He’s never learned that I don’t like processed orange juice as much as I like the fresh ones. I can drink sometimes when we’re out of oranges.
I love it when hubby makes my favourite breakfast. Perfect for my freshly-squeezed orange juice and hot tea. We got lots of carbo the last time of the potatoes and the toast. Not good for my chubby hubby but for lean me. Lol!
