Silly Really Per Gessle

I’m sorry about the title but Per Gessle really is not silly. In fact I’m more inclined to be silly by just listening to this song. Yes, I’m silly if I can’t get the tongue-twisting lyrics of Per Gessle’s latest single, Silly Really. By the way, does the name ring a bell? If not, then try Roxette cos he is the other half of the renowned pop duo of mid-80’s. Among the songs that hit the billboard top were The Look, It Must Have Been Love, Listen To Your Heart. I also remember the song, Dangerous, was quite popular in the Philippines.

Per Gessle’s music always hits the chart, be it in Swedish or English. He has never stopped producing new sounds even before and after Roxette. He is the kind of artist who loves his work and the people just love his songs. That’s why when he comes up with a new one, it truly strikes through everyone, too.

You might not heard of Roxette for a long time now, but Per Gessle’s solo career has been a success and so with the other duo partner, Marie Fredriksson (who was diagnosed having a brain tumor in 2002).

I love Roxette a lot, but Gessle is a new name to me. I do like the song though (in the you tube).

Farah, he is the same man in Roxette. He’s one of Sweden’s great artists actually.

Sya pala ang kasama sa Roxette, at Swedish pala sila… now I know. :) Gusto ko yung kanta nilang It Must Have Been Love at Listen To Your Heart.

Ahehee! The name Roxette is more popular than the members themselves. Have to save money first, hehee!
