Have you ever taken a photo while sitting in a running car in a tunnel? I did a couple of times and it’s not how fast the cars move but the lights inside that’s captivating. The tunnel that gave an orange flash of lights that hubby and I happened to photograph was the tunnel in Paris where Princess Diana died in a car crash. She died on August 31, 1997 which I recalled hearing on the radio though I was still in Davao. When we were in Paris a year ago we thought we might as well see this place. We took a taxi to drive us and the driver was so kind to point where exactly the crash happened. The pics may not be good to your eyes though.
There’s no stopping in the tunnel so it was hard to make a focus and there’s no way to slow down too. I guess the same goes in every tunnel.
Since it was impossible for the driver to stop the car, he just pointed where it actually happened. And hubby was quick enough to click the camera right when he was pointing. But I think he or I should learn more how to take pictures in a tunnel.

I have taken a photo while in a running car, but not in a tunnel. I like the movement blur in your photo, it really implies that the car is ‘moving’.
I’m staring at the pics, hoping to see Princess Di’s ghost hehe, joke lang. I still remember that day, big news kasi yun diba? One of my dreams before was to see her in person, kaso wala na sya, sa picture na lang talaga.
