I always have a hard time adjusting to sunlight and longer days after winter. Though the weather doesn’t show a sign of spring on the way yet, I no longer leave and come home in the dark. It feels good but it also makes me tired at the end of the day. These past few days have been a struggle and therefore I could hardly update this blog. Yesterday was probably the worst cos I felt so tired and sleepy after dinner. I tried to ignore it by watching tv but it seemed hard to get away with sleepiness. Geez, it wasn’t even 9:00 PM when I succumbed to sleep. My being a night person didn’t work in the past few days. But I know it’s a minor problem of adjustment; it will be over in a matter of days.

I feel dizzy at night too. I don’t know if its because of poor eyesight or I’m just too tired.

I can tell you, I’m a night person. When at vacation, my days starts to turn into night, as I stay late, and then wake up at noon.
The only solution is to keep a strict schedule, waking up at given hour.
As to your story, there are some days that I feel exhausted, and simply fall asleep in the couch. Also, there are some days after winter, when the weather is warmer, but with very low humidity, I feel tired by the end of the day.
Seems that each of us have some days like this here and there. We aren’t robots….. (thank’s God!)
