I have seen many people, probably tourists, who were taking pictures of this Cathedral. For me, it’s not an eye-catching structure, but just an ordinary church. Then one day I just took myself pictures of the Cathedral, too. It’s because the history that embraces this Cathedral that interests me to do so. It was first built in the late 1600′s but two incidents of fire destroyed the first and the second replicas respectively. So it’s the third reconstruction that’s been standing strong since 1825. Amen to this!

It is a gorgeous building and surely great architecture too. It is very impressive, and that’s why tourists flock there I believe.

    Mhy,

Ang ganda ng building. Romanesque type and almost 200 years old na pala yan ha. Matibay din kahit ilang ulit nang ni-reconstruct.

  3. That’s a lovely cathedral but you’re right, it’s not really eye-catching, but lovely nonetheless :D

It’s true, hehee! Everytime I see some taking pictures of it, I thought it’s the sky they want to capture, cos nothing’s special with the church. :-)
