The Montparnasse Tower

Tour Montparnasse
This 210 metre office skyscraper is actually not so attractive to me. Located in the area of Montparnasse in Paris, it is said to be the tallest building in France. The 59 floors are occupied as offices, except the 56th floor which is open to the public for viewing the city. The view covers a radius of 40 km.
The Points Of Votiv Church
I recently found out from my stock of images that I’ve taken pictures of different churches while on travel and even just going around town. My passion for architectural designs probably encouraged me to shoot whatever that’s standing tall and high, only to realize later that those are churches and not a skyscraper tower.
And so I’ve come up with an idea of posting images of churches on Sundays tagged as Church Sunday. Coming up in the series is the Votiv Church in Austria. As far as I can remember, I took this pic when hubby and I were driving through some cities in Europe seven years ago. We didn’t own a digital camera at that time. But clicking here and there was only my concern everytime I got hold of my ancient 35mm camera. Yet, I wish I could have done it better.

The Votiv Church in Austria
Berlin Cathedral

If you like old architectures you would surely admire the Berlin Cathedral. This huge architecture was built between 1895 and 1905. It had survived the test of time when bombed and damaged during World War ll but later restored. Am totally wordless, can’t find any words to describe more.
