Sleepless On Valentine’s?
There could be many reasons why some people would be sleepless on Valentine’s. It could be that an affair has gone astray or a lover’s unfaithfulness has come out in the open. It’s a sickening thought especially if all of these happen in the month of love. I remember lines in a song, “why do people fall in love and end up crying, why do lovers walk away from themselves when their hearts are breaking, why does loving sometimes never stay long”. This might be the case for few people but some are just not in the hype of having a special someone on Valentine’s because Mr. Right or Ms. Right is still on the loose, waiting to be found. Well, whatever excuse one might have to be sleepless on Valentine’s there’s no reason to fret anyway because sooner or later love would just pop right out of the blue. Meanwhile, here’s something for you to do to keep yourself from sobbing and feeling hopeless:

Indulge your appetite in something red like this strawberries. You can buy it frozen or fresh and on Valentine’s day when you have no one to go out with or dine with, you know what you’ll do with the strawberries. Chop! Perhaps a bottle of champagne will bring out the taste even better with some heart shaped-strawberries. Then when you’re done preparing your strawberries, don’t lurk in the corner with it but go watch a romantic film like Sleepless In Seattle or Breakfast At Tiffany’s. Surely, after watching these films you sleep in what you thought a nightmare and wake up the next day feeling good because Valentine’s Day is over, hahaa!

I did sleep in, too and just stayed home with hubby. It’s still cold to go out.

Oh, it’s a good excuse not to go out on V-day. Better than being in a crowded place.

I am not sleepless this Valentine’s day. In fact I over slept pa nga hehe. Had to rest my eyes, sumasakit din kasi ulo ko sa sobrang tutok sa computer siguro.

Tell me about it. It’s always Valentine’s when we are with out loved one.
I love to sleep well as I need to stay fit. I don’t have much believe on Valentine Day as I don’t think love need a day to remember or a day to express. And thanks God! My partner too have the same believe. If I really want to remember any day then that will be the day when I first meet her. That day have good enough reason to celebrate and we celebrating it since 2007. By the way, thanks for that link love Marlene.

Ahh, call it anniversary. Hubby and me haven’t been out on Valentine’s for two years now and it’s not a big deal. Anniversary is worth to celebrate.
