Keep Warm With Hot Choco Drink

18 November 2009 By: Marlene37 Comments

What could be the best drink when the weather temperature is gradually turning zero degree.  I wish this season would end so soon but that is imposible.  Another season of cold and dark days is yet to come.  It has been a torture to me although I have lived here for more than ten years.  And as long as I am stuck in here, there is no way for me to hop over the season I like the least.  Somehow, I managed to get along by keeping myself occupied as much as possible instead of counting days and months, rushing to the end of the season.  The more I count, the longer it feels and the waiting becomes forever.  Sometimes I ask myself how many years of this season shall I survive, lol!  Here I am again with my never-ending complaints of the weather.  When it’s too hot, I complain.  When it’s too cold, I complain.  Same old waltz, so to speak, hehehe.

Now there is one thing that would stop me from complaining – for a moment.  This hot chocolatey drink somehow keeps me warm when I am at the mall.  I found a place called Lé Croissant that serves this hot choco drink topped with whipped cream.  Hmmm!  It goes perfectly with a piece of citrus croissant.

We’re approaching summer here but it can be very cold in the office (silly air con). Sometimes I’m longing for a hot chocie in the afternoon just to warm me up… normally end up drinking warm water instead to save money 🙁 (I already have coffee in the morning)

I’m envious of your warm weather there. Hehee, it just means you’re not really a coffee addict.

Hello Friend.Dry mix- people can make it to taste then and you have what is left for future use rather then pots of hot cocoa that you would just trash. Also you don’t want all that chocolate scum in your coffee pot.Thank you.

I think choco scum is for choco, not for coffee. Haven’t try coffee with whipped cream.

Masarap ang hot choco pag love mo ung nagtimpla, ung effort and ung energy na binibigay ng choco ang nag papainit ng gabi sa dalawang nagmamahalan. Ok din naman ang kape pero iba parin ang choco.

In winter I normally drink Milo and stay away from coffee as it keeps me up. Even now that it’s hot, a nice cup of Milo does it for me.
