Nature is indeed full of surprises. Sometimes it surprises us with horrendous outburst in one place, sometimes it’s solemnly quiet in other places. It’s not just about what we feel that’s happening around us that nature can surprise us but also it’s what we see. And speaking of the latter, what do you see in the image?
I’ve been wondering if this tree is growing upside down. It looks like it is. Nothing grows on top but the trunk and the leaves growing from err, down under? Call it one of nature’s surprises. I like it though.

Great shot! To me it looks like an “umbrella” tree that got dropped upside down! 🙂 Happy WW!

Yes! Yes! You’re right. I didn’t see it that way.

Hi Marlene,
I agree, this is another nature’s wonders. Sometimes, I can’t quite comprehend how God works even on trees! Is this one in your backyard?
The leaves are so healthy at this time.
Thanks for commenting on my wall.
Have a nice day!

God really works in mysterious ways. That was taken one fall day not so far from where I live. It’s another’s backyard. 🙂

Here it is…Thursday, and you visited with me on Monday. I’m late getting around this week, but happy that you stopped by earlier.
This image tho it looks like it’s growing upside down indeed…but I’m sure it’s just that the top of the tree had died off and it’s coming back from the root system. Great find!!!
MANty-hose – it’s funny!!!
Marlene says
No problem, Anni, you made it though, hehee! See you again on Monday.

Wow, that tree certainly looks odd. Almost like someone uprooted and replanted it?

That’s right! I haven’t thought of it that way.

Cheers.
Marlene says
Sure, it is. First time to see like this, too.

Aww! I’m afraid I can’t tell you the name of this tree. I’m not good at plants names. But I will try to ask anyone here.

I love this shot, you are right it does look like it is upside down, but its probably and old tree with a cool bush that grew around it.
