I’ve been absent from my job for four days straight and this has been the longest sick leave I’ve ever had. Imagine how much money I lost from being sick. I don’t want to think about it cos right now I’m more concerned about getting my (golden) voice back. The aftermath of cold or flu. It seemed that me and hubby were attacked by some kind of virus these past few days and thank God, it wasn’t strong enough to kill us. It came unnoticed and left unnoticed, chooo, chooo!
I’m feeling better now, up and running. But my voice sounds terrible. I had a chat today with my sweet family in Davao and they were all surprised to hear my cracking voice. “What happened to your voice?” Then followed by “drink some lemon” and “drink much water”. Thanks very much my dearies. I needed your comforting thoughts at times like this.
And thank you too, my well-wishers for your kind thoughts. Now, I need some tea with honey to perhaps soothe my throat. I missed those small “calamansi” pressed into juice.

I had that crud in early December and it lasted about 2 weeks. But I coughed for about 3 weeks. I finally started taking Mucinex and it helped tremendously.
Hope you feel better.

So you want your Golden Voice Back, and i want to listen a filipino song in that Golden voice. May god grant both wishes.
