It wasn’t long ago when I happened to find a blog that was powered by WordPress. As I have been looking for a blog software to use in this site, I used to check the footer of a particular blog I browsed. When I noticed that most of the blogs I browsed were powered by WordPress, I got curious and tried to click the link. After reading what it was all about and how to use it, I decided to give it a shot.
After trying wordpress on my subdomain mysblog.lemback.com, I thought of using it on Lemback Home, too, for I find it easier to update. The things I learned about HTML and CSS (which I used in building this site before) will not actually be wasted. In fact, this wordpress would help me improve my skills in HTML and CSS. And not only that, it would help me learn about PHP, as it is built with this web scripting language.
And voila! My plan of shifting to wordpress has been successful. But there’s one thing I could not do for the time being – creating my own theme! I guess I need to learn more about PHP before I can create my own theme. For now, I am using a theme called modern-blue-green which I found in the wordpress themes site. I like the structure of this theme, but I don’t like the colour scheme so I tried to modify it a little bit. I am gratified at the outcome of the modification, though, hope it’s legal. I have also imported the contents of mysblog to this site, so now, I have my photoblog and my personal site in one place. Great!

Hi Eds, Don’t offer link exchange in comments. Google says Its bad. Link Back affects PageRank which is the measure for google search engine.
