Canal Lock Movement

One of the Locks of the Göta Canal that stretched from the west coast of Sweden routing through the large lakes, Vännern and Vättern. The Lock above was filling up waters in order for the boats to descend to a lower level before it finally goes out to the lake.

Very interesting. Never seen any like this before. I can see a small boy standing there an anxious as I am!
Farah, I was also amazed the first time I saw this. It’s actually a stair of waters. I will try to post a better picture than this some time. The boy wasn’t afraid at all to stand by the lock.
That’s really cool!
I love your site! May want to vist Sweden some day. Yah? Well, I am touring sites. I am staying in touh with the doctors. Say hello again.
Rozella – Thanks… it’s cool as the waters, hehee.
Keith – That’s good. Hope you gain progress and feel better soon.
