Your Domain And Web Host In One Site
Choosing a good domain can’t be so complicated as choosing the right web host. Since hubby and I decided to have our family name as the domain name for this site and had it registered, it took a while before we found a web host that we thought was good enough to host this site. That time, there were only a couple of web hosts to choose from, but the rise of many web hosts nowadays can be alluring to move from one to another. And having a domain and web host in one site (or place) is the most convenient way to manage your account.
Almost everyone is blogging these days, either for business purposes or for personal use. So, if you don’t have a blog but dream to have one, you probably thought it’s hard. Well, not really. It only seems to be when you try to think about getting it so perfectly designed or wanted it to be the best blog among millions or billions of other blogs. Of course, it’s not impossible, but if you are just new to blogging, its best to take things one step at a time.
Before you actually get to set up your own blog, first you have to choose a domain and a web host to host your site. A web host is the one responsible putting your site online and keep it up and running. If you are looking for a free service, there are many free web hosts to choose from. When Help Fails To Reach
It’s hard to disregard the headlines and pages in a newspaper covering the recent Haiti quake. Not only in the newspaper but in any form of media, the news is enormous even from the breakfast table to the coffee table. It has been five days since the devastation and I’ve read about many organizations and prominent individuals raising funds for the victims. It’s heroic of them. But despite of this stupendous awareness, Haiti is still in a desperate situation. It seems to me that all those help were not enough, or does any more help fail to reach the nation?
It’s quite ironic that in this time of need we read about some heads of an organization facing faud which only means that many are reluctant to support such groups. I am not rich and I don’t have much money to help support the different organizations but a little amount together with others will be a great contribution. But because of this untoward incidents of fraud and embezzlement, I’m one of those who are becoming reluctant to help. Though in fairness, I’m grateful that justice has been served for the people involved and I think more discovery of fraudulent will lead towards uprightness.
While browsing further the newspaper this morning, I came to a page about members of an organization called Doctors Without Borders who are leaving for Haiti. I have seen documentary films of this group and what they do in the field so I thought I should visit their website. My discovery tells me that this organization is worth the support. Their noble act of helping and saving lives is genuine. You may wish to learn more about Doctors Without Borders and make a beneficial decision to help Haiti through them.
If it takes a matter of time for help to reach, it’s a matter of life and death for the victims.
Crispy Chicken Instead Of Cheese
When I am in a hurry for lunch I just take something from any fast food chain like Burger King. Whichever fast food I feel like going into, I always have the same and one meal – cheese burger. This meal has become my favorite when it comes to burgers because it’s light and not so fatty I guess. Anyhow, I was in a hurry to proceed to my next class the other day so I took the same meal at Burger King. I queued up but it didn’t take long and soon I ordered cheese burger meal. I expected the same menu of strips and cheese burger and a mug of softdrink. I was a bit surprised when I got to pay more than the usual price. I simply thought the price hiked for the new year so I made no fuss about it. The meal is usually in a paper bag so I couldn’t see if I had the one I ordered. It didn’t ever happen that I got the wrong meal anyway. But this time was exceptional. It was why I got to pay more because the server or waiter or whatever he is called gave me a Crispy Chicken meal. How on earth I got this meal, I asked myself. I haven’t tried any burger but cheese burger only. Did I talk low that the waiter didn’t hear when I said Cheese Burger meal. Even if I whisper these words from a distance it’s unlikely to sound Crispy Chicken Meal. Ch and Cr? Chispy Creese!

Crispy Chicken at Burger King
But then my feeling of bitterness gradually disappeared when I took a bite and discovered the chicken was indeed crispy. I don’t like veggies in a burger that’s why I like cheese burger only but I think I should change my burger lifestyle a little bit. And this Crispy Chicken is a good alternative or better yet, would be my first choice from now on. Yum! Yum!
