The Final Countdown

It’s not over till it’s over but I’m almost done with all my paperworks so it seems over to me.  Not until the school breaks for summer vacation in two weeks that I can momentarily forget about doing things related to my job.  From this day on, my countdown begins for school break and for the much anticipated vacation which will be in 28 days.  It’s going to be a long travel somewhere down south-east of the world map.  What is summer without a vacation and what is a vacation without going anywhere.  It doesn’t mean to be outside the country but some place where you can relax and feel the change of environment and people around you.  This is what I long when summer comes.

It has been a long period of work from autumn, winter and spring.  Those short breaks within didn’t give much relief but rather a rest for weeks of work.  Somehow I need a long break to unwind with my hobbies which I couldn’t do as much when I’m working.  Quite frankly, I’m a person with so many hobbies.  I’m sure many of us do.  Although I’ve neglected some of them, I still have the passion left in me to someday continue doing those hobbies of mine.  Time is sometimes insufficient to juggle between work and hobbies.  Sometimes I feel like I run out of free-time.  But as my countdown starts today until summer vacation, it’s a relief to think about what I will do when I have all the time with me then.

Countdown begins…
