Let There Be No Light
Did you turn off your lights for Earth Hour? I was quite agog at hearing about this particular event. I wanted to see how our place would look like when the households’ lights were turned off. Here’s what I saw hours before EH and an hour of EH.

Hours before Earth Hour

The actual Earth Hour
It wasn’t totally dark but at least there were people who really cared even for just an hour. Did the earth win in your place?

First we were without light, then we invent and then offffffff…
Are we slowly-n-slowly learning again the importance of basics of life ? May be/May be not.

That’s good news! I’ve read in a newspaper that the big cities in the Phil had participated. In Davao, even the Mayor initiated the participation (at the park).

Mhy,
We participated in the Earth Hour but I told my wife that we should do it more often. For one, the heat is on here in the Philippines. Turning all the lights on will really increase the heat.
